What exactly will you deliver to me?
See the Deliverables section for a detailed list of the final files that you will receive, as well as optional add-ons. We’ve also provided previews of the brand book and final image assets for your convenience.
Do I get exclusive rights? Will you never sell this again?
Yes, once a design is sold, it is gone forever. Every Turnkey Branding™ kit is a 1-of-1 original design, and whoever purchase it it will be granted the exclusive rights to it.
How do revisions work?
After we add your name and send you the preview files, you get one round of revision for any tweaks to the colors, typography, or guidelines (the logomark must remain as-is).
Get your brand done in days, with no meetings! We handle feedback asynchronously — send us your notes online however you find most convenient: whether by commenting in our shared Google Drive folder, a simple email with notes, or a video/screen recording (ie. via Loom.com).
How do payments work?
Payment is completed upfront, via Stripe. We cannot offer refunds or returns, given these are exclusive products that are customized for your business.

What will you help me change? Can I change the logomark?
You can share changes to the brand colors or fonts during the included revision round, as well as adjustments to sizing, text, etc. for the social assets. However, the logomark must remain as-is for Turnkey Branding™ projects. Contact us here for bespoke brand design services if you need a custom logo.
