What will I receive from Brand Bible Co.?
As part of this flat-fee service, you will not only receive a 1-hour brand workshop call with us, but unlike other “logo designers,” we will create a comprehensive brand book / style guide for your business, so you have all the tools you need to implement your brand consistently across media.
As part of that, you’ll receive your logo files in all layouts & colorways, in multiple formats (hi-res JPG, transparent PNG and vector SVG), for maximum ease of use and customizability.
How will we communicate?
After our one-hour brand strategy call, we will centralize all communication to one shared project board and linked Google Drive. You can send your comments & feedback directly there and add anyone else from your team.
This is where you’ll find everything you can expect from us as well as what we’ll need from you.
Will I really get my new brand in under 3 weeks?
Yes! You’ll receive the first brand concepts well before then, and as long as you can provide feedback within 1 to 2 business days, we’ll be able to get the designs completed in time. That said, if you need more time, it’s no problem!
How does payment work?
You’ll pay a 70% deposit upfront to reserve our time, and the remaining 30% will be charged upon final approval.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our design services are fully-bespoke and tailored specifically to your individual needs, refunds are not available. We are, however, deeply committed to your satisfaction. Every package we offer includes multiple revisions, allowing us to refine and adjust the designs until they perfectly match your vision. Our ultimate goal is to ensure you’re thrilled with the final product we deliver.
How is this different from hiring a logo designer?
A traditional logo designer will only supply you with a logo file, often with limited layouts, colorways, and file formats.
Brand identity design includes comprehensive style guidelines, usage examples, and supplementary visual assets to ensure you are able to present your brand with consistency and high quality across every medium and platform.
